In recovery there’s a saying that goes “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” And they say that the definition of “Courage” is not the absence of fear but the willingness to take action even though the fear may still be there. We can be waiting for a someday when our lives will start or even just to make changes. And even when we are doing well, we can hesitate to do whatever it takes to move ourselves forward to the next level. It’s only when we become willing to say balls out “I’ll do whatever it takes to be the best me that I can be” that our greatest potential can become available to us.
